designed for early risers, or anyone who wants to get their workout done early!
Out the door by 6:45 on the dot, you’ll be energised and ready for your day!
• Bootcamp runs at 6am
on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
• Measurements and
weight taken every 2 weeks to track progress (optional)
• Individual nutrition
targets (calorie/protein/carb and fat target)
• A 7 day meal plan
• Access to our
members only facebook group where we post recipes, give training advice and get
support from others on the same journey as yourself.
The cost for the 8 weeks is £125. If you want to
