morning from 9-10am, we give ladies over the age of 55 the opportunity to
exercise in a friendly and motivating environment. You’ll be under the
supervision of a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer with like minded
ladies aiming to make a positive change in their lives.

- Each week we aim
to get you fitter, healthier and increase your mobility.
- Daily support – we
don’t let you wonder away from your session and do it alone! You’ve got the
support of all the other members of Type One Fitness in our private members
- You’ll get nutrition
guidance about the best
things to eat and just how much of them you need.
also hold social events such as walks and nights out as its great to build
friendships with each other.
- Classes run in 6
week blocks at a cost of £48.
