The first Friday night 7pm class in every month is going to be a boxing session! There’s been a demand for this for a wee while so we’ve decided to introduce it 😁
Having gotten qualified and over the past year on both boxercise and kick boxercise courses, I personally can’t wait to get it up and running 🏃♂️
This will just be a timetabled class, as are the current large group training classes, so to attend you’d need to have an account on our Glofox booking app and we’d need to assign you credits to book in.
To be honest, I think everyone loves a bit of boxing 🥊 it gets the heart rate up, gets the rage out, helps manage stress and is pretty good fun 😄
