1 to 1 Personal Training
If you want to work with a coach on an individual basis, this is the option for you. With tailored programming and nutrition, this is ideal for beginners who want to build up their confidence before entering a group, or simply prefer to train individually.
Small group training
This is our premium group coaching service for people who want their own personalised programme for training and nutrition. You can book training times during the week that suit you and we will customise everything specific to your needs. With a maximum of 3 other people in the gym at the same time, we always ensure a motivational environment that guarantee’s incredible results.
Our 6am bootcamp is designed for early risers, or anyone who wants to get their workout done early! Out the door by 6:45 on the dot, you’ll be energised and ready for your day!
Bootcamp 1 runs at 6am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Bootcamp 2 runs on Tuesday 6am, Thursday 6am and Saturday 7:15am.
Over 55 ladies exercise class
Every Monday morning from 9-9:45am, we give ladies over the age of 55 the opportunity to exercise in a friendly and motivating environment. You’ll be under the supervision of a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer with like minded ladies aiming to make a positive change in their lives.
Large Group Training
With this membership, choose the number of classes each week that it suits you to attend. These high intensity sessions will guarantee a tough but enjoyable 45 minutes. With our aim to make you fitter, healthier, have more energy and feel part of a team we guarantee every session will take you one step closer to your goal!
