A donation of £300 was recently made from T1 Fitness to Autism Support Kilkeel. The money was raised by members who took part in a recent ‘6Week Beach Body Challenge’. The challenge included weekly exercises targets that had to be met including walking, cycling, core workouts and climbing a different mountain every week.
