6AM Bootcamp
Our 6am bootcamp is designed for early risers, or anyone who wants to get their workout done early! Out the door by 6:45 on the dot, you’ll be energised and ready for your day!
Bootcamp 1 runs at 6am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Bootcamp 2 runs on Tuesday 6am, Thursday 6am and Saturday 7:15am.
Bootcamps run in 6 weeks blocks and cost £126.
This includes general nutritional guidance and access to our private members group. Within this group we post recipes, regular motivation, exercise challenges, as well as useful information and tips to help you on track.
