Sound familiar? You’ve ate well all day, feeling good about yourself, weight loss on track, then bang, it creeps up on you from nowhere ? the evening hunger pang. You’re not even hungry though, you’ve had your dinner, so why do you want to nibble ? It’s hard to know, you’ve been busy all day, so it’s probably the fact you’re sitting down and finally have the chance to think about the tasty bar of chocolate or jammy dodgers in the cupboard ?? Sure have one, that’ll be grand. But it never is just the one, is it? ? The million dollar question, what can you do about it? Here’s a few ideas…

1. When you feel the cravings coming, go for a walk. Get your backside off the sofa. I know, you’ve worked hard all day, but if you were happy with the way you feel and look, you probably wouldn’t still be reading this.

2. Eat a bit more in your evening meal, ensuring there’s 20-30 grams of protein in it, a big pice of fresh fish from sea source, or something like that should do the trick. Get your omega 3 in you too ?

3. Intermittent fast, even just a wee bit. If structure your day so the last thing you allow yourself to eat is your evening meal, you’ll do away with evening snacks completely. Quite a few of our members currently do this. Want to find out more, just ask ?‍♂️?‍♀️

4. Have something that’s low in calories but hits the spot. We give all our members access to our 100 low calorie snack guide for this very reason. There’s lots of tasty snacks in there, 100 to be exact ?
