Most gyms have a way of doing things, a vibe, a feel about the place, whether it be body building, tops off cross fit, ladies or lads only, whatever it might be.
We like to strike the balance between cardio and strength training. We aim to have variety whilst keeping enough repetition to make progress.
Feel strong, be strong. We want you to feel fit, be fit and be happy with how you look. Not only that, we want you to enjoy the process!
What do we encourage you to do?
1. Aim to resistance train progressively 2 or more times a week, this will help to achieve muscle tone and build your strength
2. Aim to do some form of aerobic work such as walking, running, cycling, swimming, rowing etc. outside your sessions. You wonβt get fit lying on your backside.
3. Be sensible with your nutrition. Protein with most meals, a mixture of fat sources, some carbs in there too, the odd bit of junk, not loads
4. Be consistent. Accept that training regularly and eating reasonably well is a way of life if you want to feel healthy, be healthy and feel good in your own skin.
Be part of something special.

No judgement, just encouragement
