Start by nourishing your body. Choose the fresh option. Avoid the processed food where possible. Generally processed foods are handy and tasty, but if you make the effort to have fruit at hand, cook some chicken, buy some frozen veg, go out of your way to get some fresh fish
the impact throughout the rest of your life will be HUGE! You simply can’t underestimate the impact of nourishing your body. Your physical and mental health will thank you for it 



Diet over hauls don’t often work, change a few main things. One or two simple, meaningful changes can make all the difference!
