If you were married to exercise, what sort of relationship would you have?
Would you be cheating on it?
Would you be the sort of couple who clearly love each other and are always happy together?
If being married is a chore then it likely won’t last. People, just like exercise, can be annoying some days, but for it to work, the good days and the joy that it brings has to out weigh the bad days.
If you want lasting results, find a way to make it work. Do things you enjoy. You don’t have to spend 30 minutes on the treadmill every day (however that might work brilliantly for some people), get yourself outside into the fresh air, kick a ball about or go for a dander every day!
It’s not always easy, but get through the hard days, try to enjoy the process and you’ll 100% appreciate the results.
