This is something many people can struggle with!
Perhaps before your holiday you were working really hard to look your best. Then you went away and really enjoyed yourself food, drink and company!
The thought of coming home back to responsibilities, work and back into a solid routine can be quite daunting and your nutrition and fitness are at the bottom of the list
Here are a few simple tips to help you get back on track after holidays:
1. Don’t overthink it, take one small thing at a time.
2. Have a plan in place; write down what you want to achieve and how you’re going to achieve it.
3. Time – have a time set for how long you have to achieve your goal(s).
4. Good food shop- getting to the shops to get a big food shop done is a great way to start you back on track and back to regular good nutritious food.
Just remember taking a break is great for both mental and physical health. The important part is getting right back on track once it’s over.
