When was the last time you gave your kids eggs for breakfast?
Starting them off with a stable blood sugar level will enable them to better stay off the rollercoaster of peaks and troughs all day
In turn, this will help with mental clarity and behaviour.
They’ll likely be more productive in school, all with carry over to mood
This is not an exact science, but something we know the principle and theory of.
Start you and your children’s day with a balanced breakfast. If they don’t like eggs, try some yoghurt. A back up plan could be something like cheese on wholemeal toast, less protein but more complex (slow energy releasing) than jam on white bread for example, or frosties.
The peaks and troughs in sugar levels are what can cause carb cravings, tiredness and brain fog.
Start the day right and the chances of a productive day will be much higher
