What are you options?
If you need individual attention, working through rehab or simply don’t have the confidence to train in a group, this is the best option for you.
This is our most popular option for anyone who wants training tailored to a specific goal and needs accountability. It’s more flexible than 1 to 1 training and strikes the balance perfectly between a super motivating environment, getting coached through your exercises and reassured your form is alway correct. In comparison to large group training we incorporate more of a strength training element, then build on this throughout the session to finish with something to get your heart rate up, also including lots of core work of get you strong through the middle.
Our most affordable and flexible option. With a bigger group, you’ll feel the buzz in the gym when you come to train. It’s suitable for all levels of ability, as we always try to provide an easier and more challenging option. With 7pm sessions Monday to Friday, 11am sessions Monday and Friday and a final one to finish the week on a Saturday morning at 8:15am, you simply have to book in to which ever class suits you best.
