Unfortunately nobody knows what’s around the corner. Doing some resistance training, balance work, strengthening your bones and your core can make all the difference in an expected situation.

Training isn’t all about chasing numbers on the scale, although for many that’s a big part of it certainly. It’s about achieving a healthy state of body and mind.
