Large Group Training
With this membership, choose the number of classes each week that it suits you to attend. These high intensity sessions will guarantee a tough but enjoyable 45 minutes. With our aim to make you fitter, healthier, have more energy and feel part of a team we guarantee every session will take you one step closer to your goal!
All memberships run in 4 week blocks:
x1/week: £7.25 (per session), £29 (per 4 weeks)
x2/week: £6.50 (per session), £53 (per 4weeks)
x3/week: £6 (per session), £72 (per 4 weeks)
UNLIMITED: £85 (per 4 weeks)
Pay As You Go: £9 (access to members facebook group not included)
This includes general nutritional guidance and access to our private members group . Within this group we post recipes, regular motivation, exercise challenges, as well as useful information and tips to help you on track.
We use a booking app called Legit Fit to book into our classes. This ensures maximum flexibility and easy class cancellation so you don’t miss out if you can no longer make it. It’s super simple and easy to use.
Burn
Build mental toughness and burn body fat with our interval style workouts. You’ll have great craic in the process. We alter the classes to suit all levels of fitness, from beginner to athlete.
This is the perfect class if you’re free mid morning, it’ll set you up for the rest of the day!
Some days we use barbells, others we use kettlebells and dumbbells, the surprise of what awaits you on the board is always something to look forward to!
Burn is on every Monday and Friday from 11-11:45am.

Get Lean
In ‘Get Lean’ our aim is to get calories burnt via a mixture of strength training and cardio, we try and get your heart rate up and keep it up from start to finish. We use both bodyweight and equipment to ensure you go home feeling well worked.
This class is ideal if your aim is to burn fat, but will also help you get stronger and fitter!
Get Lean is on every Monday from 7-7:45pm and Thursday 7-7:45pm.

Total Core
If you’ve got a weak core or simply want more toned abs, this is the class for you! The aim is to strengthen your core from inside to out.
You’ll get your heart rate up, feel the burn right through your middle and leave the gym with a stronger core.
Incorporating both balance and higher intensity work, we’ll help you to perform all the core exercises correctly and challenge you regardless of your fitness level!

Total Core is on every Tuesday from 7-7:45pm.
Burn is on every Monday and Friday from 11-11:45am.

GET STRONG
This class is designed to develop your full body strength! Each class includes a mixture of lower, upper and core strength exercises to hit the whole body.
You’ll not only get stronger, you’ll get some serious calories burnt too! This class can be utilised if your aim is to lose weight or to build muscle.
We’ve programmed these sessions to benefit sports people and athletes specifically. Through a mixture of plyometrics, agility, compound movements incorporating weights, stamina building blocks and core work, you’ll be well prepared to go onto the field, court or track.
Get Strong is on every Wednesday from 7-7:45pm and Saturday 8:15-9am.

TOTAL Conditioning
This is generally a CrossFit style session. The craic is always mighty! Suitable for beginners or those new to exercise, as well as those who have high levels of fitness but want to be pushed to the limit!
We incorporate a mixture of strength training, cardio and core work to leave you feeling well worked and ready to tackle the weekend!
Ultimate conditioning is on every Friday from 7-7:45pm.
