Since starting at T1 Fitness back in July 2019, Rebecca has lost an unbelievable 50lbs!
If you know Rebecca, you’ll know she is one of the hardest and most consistent workers at our gym. Through a mixture of small group and large group training, completing various exercise and nutrition challenges that we’ve ran, and simply putting in the hard work, Rebecca continues to get fitter, stronger and leaner!
