2. Decide what nutrition tracking approach suits best, is most manageable and will get the best results with the least hassle
3. Set some specific targets
4. Join the members group for daily encouragement and advice.
5. Get at it
As we know you’ll be saving your pennies for the big day, our lowest cost option is large group training. It’s 45 minutes of strength training mixed with cardio and core work. Some days are more intense than others, some days are more enjoyable than others but the end product is the same
