What’s the hardest part?

by | Oct 1, 2024

Ever wonder what the benefits of training in a group setting are as opposed to training alone? Although it can seem daunting, the hardest part is just getting that first session done.
When training in a group, not only will you reap the obvious benefits…👇
-increased overall fitness
-reducing chances of cardiovascular disease
-release of endorphins (the happy hormones)
You also have other benefits such as feeling a sense of community, getting a little bit of social interaction along the way, which can be great especially if you work at home or are at home with the wee ones all day. It can be your hour of the day to switch off and do something for you.
When training in a group, you will have added accountability. Booking into a session makes it less likely to not bother when you’re not feeling up to it after a long day/night.
It’ll give you that extra push when you’re getting it tough. Here at T1, we encourage you to give your all. That may be 70% on an off day, but that is still 100% of what you have to give on that day!
Ensuring a bit of craic and banter along the way, there’s always a friendly face and a bit of craic in classes, while still achieving your fitness and health goals.
Knowing that everyone is finding it hard and in the same boat, but feeling a sense of accomplishment and an endorphin rush is something all our members comment on at the end of class.
If this sounds like something you’d like to try or have been on the fence for a while, then send us a DM to get started.
